All coaches at Streetcage Sports want learner’s time with them to be enjoyable, positive, and free from any form of discrimination.

We know how important your decision to come to any of our events is to you and we want to work together with you to achieve the results you want.

We will do our best to ensure you are not discriminated against directly or indirectly because of your gender, race, sexuality, nationality, religious belief, employment status, social class, caste, age, size, health, disability or marital status. We are totally opposed to any form of discrimination and will take disciplinary action if discrimination takes place.

Discrimination may affect your ability to take part on an equal basis with others – we at Streetcage Sports will do our best to prevent anything that stops you achieving your goals.
This policy is written for learners to tell you what we will do if we find out that you are being discriminated against and how Streetcage Sports are acting positively to eliminate discrimination.

Equal opportunities for staff and learners
Keeping an eye on Equal Opportunities

- The Head coach at Streetcage Sports leads a group that monitors all equal opportunities issues within the soccer cages. Our target is that all learners should achieve their goals. We monitor achievement across the cages to make sure this is happening. If you feel you are not getting equal opportunities in the cages, tell us about it so we can deal with it. Please report it through your coach on site.

Code of Practice

- With any coach you will find a code of practice. Basically how we expect all learners of at Streetcage Sports to act. This will be read out to you by the coach on site at the time.
