June 2008 - Streetcage Soccer presents award at FSN Dinner

Streetcage Soccer was delighted to be the main sponsor at the Merseyside Fire Service’s FSN Volunteers award dinner in Liverpool this month. The awards dinner was about recognition of the ‘Volunteers’ who give vast amounts of invaluable time to make Merseyside a safer place to live but also support projects such as Streetcage Soccer. Streetcage Soccer was delighted to sponsor the evening and also delighted to present an award from its own category.

Streetcage Soccer’s Director Matthew Shannon was on hand to present the ‘Volunteer of the year’ award to 22 year old Liam Ruddock who in 2007/2008 spent a year transporting the portable cage to sites across Merseyside and was a valuable member of staff. Streetcage Soccer would like to thank Liam for his efforts and hope that he continues to work with Streetcage Soccer.cts in the futur
