Liverpool Aim higher

Streetcage Sports will this year be pairing up with Aim Higher University to deliver a 3 –week programme, 5 days a week in John Moore’s University. The project is aimed at the Arts side of the organisation and will see Streetcage Sports staff deliver ‘Free style’ football and exhibition football to youths aged 14 – 24 Years of age. Youths will be encouraged to demonstrate tricks in the art of Dribbling, Passing, Control and ‘Free style football’.

This will eventually see the youths putting together moves and tricks to a range of music, that will co-inside with the Arts project. There will also be an opportunity for youths to take part in Mini tournaments throughout the day and show off a range of skills in a game situation.

The project will start on the 7th August 2006 and will run through until the 25th August 2006. Streetcage Sports is looking forward to running this project with the aim of it becoming an annual project at the arts festival each year.
