“The North Wirral Crime Prevention Panel” who has been very supportive of our schemes during the past year has promoted the project once again. The project was also supported by The North West Fire brigade, who attended the sites on the first day to deliver a small fire reduction initiative to youths in the area. Streetcage Sports was delighted to have Tranmere Rovers goalkeeper John Achterburg on hand to give out medals and useful tips to youngsters on how to improve skills. Streetcage Sports’s partners Matthew Shannon & Dave McDermott where delighted with the another great event and added “Our projects have been excellent success over the past year, due to the quality of coaching & the input that teenagers have on not only the content and delivery of the project but the design of our web site. Streetcage Sports have promised that all the sites they are involved
in are completely FREE for all youths meaning that we follow the governments
“Every Child matters policy”. Streetcage Sports will continue
to find investment and funding for future projects and will continue opening
other projects across The North West. For more details please check out our
web site named above and look out for projects running in Easter. |
